Your new role awaits
The Service Operations Delivery Manager enables the successful execution of major transformation projects and leadership of the National Service Operations Strategy.
This is a key role responsible for leading and delivering multiple large and minor projects across the Service Operations Strategy, while also contributing and leading in the overall Service Operations Strategy.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.
A day in the life of a Service Operations Delivery Manager
- End-to-end project management of the projects to drive the maintenance efficiencies and growth of Service for our internal and external customers.
- Lead the delivery of the growth projects under the Service Operations Strategy, in partnership with the EGM Assets, GM Service Operations & Business Unit EGM’s.
- Develop and maintain high quality detailed project plans, schedules and registers for the Service Operations projects.
- Incorporate seamless customer experience as a core objective and work stream in the Service Operations projects.
- Lead the projects and or initiatives, with an element of ambiguity, to reach successful goals including managing the end-to-end project lifecycle from scoping proof of concepts to successful implementation and handover to operations.
About you
- A strong team player, who is motivated and driven to achieve results
- You thrive on going the extra mile for internal and external customers
- Possess a strong understanding of data and the ability to measure for continuous improvement
- Enjoy thinking outside the square and sharing your ideas with the team
- Strong background in stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills
- Proven experience gained in a similar position ideally with expertise in a project management or business analytics role within construction or related industries
