Service Now Developer

Description

A TEKSYSTEMS client is seeking a Sr ServiceNow developer responsible for designing, developing, and supporting custom ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, ITSM, and enterprise integrations. The role focuses on workflow automation in the HR space, application development, API integrations, and platform enhancements that improve operational efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate combines strong JavaScript development skills with hands-on experience building scalable ServiceNow solutions and integrating enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and modules

• Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows

• Develop Service Catalog solutions, Record Producers, and automated fulfillment processes

• Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms using

REST APIs, SOAP services, Integration Hub, and MID Servers

• Develop HRSD and ITSM solutions supporting business process automation

• Design and implement workflow automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues

• Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices

• Support Agile development teams in delivering high-quality ServiceNow enhancements

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC 28211.

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
