Role Overview:
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for utilizing cutting-edge tools to provide actionable insights. You will collaborate across operational teams, harnessing both existing and emerging data sources to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness. Your analytical expertise will help identify opportunities to improve service delivery and drive strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead cross-functional projects using advanced analytics tools, including the Verint suite for Speech, Text, and Data Process Analytics, to uncover key insights and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain service insights dashboards and performance metrics that highlight opportunities and track resulting actions and value.
• Design and deliver business reports and insights that assess key operational and performance metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity, maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Interpret and present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Drive the successful execution of service insight initiatives, aligning with business goals.
What you'll bring:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and solid experience with MS Office Suite
• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools preferred
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills—capable of translating complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Pay Transparency
Salary range: $55,000-$92,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
