Service Center Assistant

The Service Center Assistant is responsible for a variety of tasks within the supply, office services and maintenance departments, as well as general housekeeping and stocking of inventory required in order to maintain a neat, orderly supply room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive all supply shipments, checking quantities received against the purchase orders, and reporting discrepancies to the Purchasing Agent. 
• Perform AED/CPR inspections and replenish supplies for First Aid Kits
• Maintain and replenish supplies at satellites, conference rooms and supply closets, and assist maintenance team with conference set ups when needed
• Assist with office moves and office set ups for new hires
• Maintain wellness and mother’s rooms
• Remove trash from pantries, conference rooms and bathrooms
• Replace light bulbs with use of ladder
• Replace toner in printers and copiers.
• Assist with maintenance of outdoor terrace areas

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Office supply, and maintenance experience required
• Team player with strong customer service skills
• Requires some lifting of boxes up to 50 lbs. and moving of objects weighing in excess of 100 lbs. with assistance

Pay Transparency Range:

New York full time annualized salary range: $47,000-$60,000

The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
