The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Service Advantage Design Leader you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Utilizing customer insight and market data, design future state visions for a series of assigned operational workstreams for the Service Advantage organization.
- Partner with commercial and digital internal peer organizations, as well as IT and Service Advantage technology transformation teams, to align future state designs to their work and deliverables.
- Facilitate design workshops leveraging lean value stream principles and best practices to drive step change improvements in future state processes and customer experiences.
- Investigate and identify new technology capabilities that exist to support assigned workstream development towards the future state vision.
- Build a 3-5 year detailed roadmap of major process, technology and organizational changes required to deliver the future state vision mapping for your assigned workstreams.
- Partner with operations to create and implement change management strategies throughout the roadmap lifecycle and monitor key performance indicators for expected improvements.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of driving complex process re-design and lean improvement initiatives in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
High School Diploma/GED AND (14) fourteen years driving complex process re-design and lean improvement initiatives in a private, public, government or military environment
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Design for lean six sigma experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Previous experience working in Healthcare or Medical Devices Industries
- Strong background in transactional lean process redesign and improvement
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and change management skills
- Strong understanding of customer support processes and ability to align process improvements to customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Work location: Remote -United States
Travel: May include up to 20% [domestic/international]
