About the role
What you will do
The Service team delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for HVAC systems. This person will join the HVAC service team in Hong Kong. He/she will lead a team of engineers to monitor and supervise service activities and make sure the projects are completed on time.
How you will do it
- Supervise a team of engineers and technicians to deliver maintenance, improvement projects and service solutions to customers
- Lead the team to achieve service targets
- Develop customer networks and maintain good customer relationships
What we look for
Required
- Diploma Holder in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant work experience
- Solid experience in team management with strong technical knowledge in HVAC
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Preferred
- Able to work under pressure
- Well-versed in MS Office & AutoCAD
