Job Description

We are seeking a Service Account Coordinator to support client accounts and internal operations through effective coordination, organization, and communication. This role plays a key part in ensuring service processes run smoothly, client needs are addressed promptly, and internal teams remain aligned. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned service accounts

• Coordinate daily account activities and support service delivery processes
