Responsibilities

• Support service account managers in daily tasks and client coordination

• Prepare service reports, documentation, and client correspondence

• Schedule and follow up on service appointments and requests

• Monitor account performance and address client inquiries promptly

• Assist in resolving service-related issues with a focus on client satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service delivery standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative, customer service, or account support role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
