Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch service to guests while rocking the Monkey Bar energy.
• Take accurate orders for craft cocktails, pizzas, and bites, all while keeping the smiles flowing.
• Offer suggestions to elevate guest experiences, from happy hour specials to signature dishes.
• Stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced, fun-filled environment.
• Help create memorable moments during live music nights, happy hours, and special events like Yappy Hour.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area—because we keep it classy, even while swinging from the vines.
• Work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role preferred but not required—bring your enthusiasm, and we’ll train the rest!
• A passion for people, hospitality, and good times.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a lively, high-energy environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings or a willingness to learn.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and special events.

Physical Requirements:As a Server at Monkey Bar, you’ll need to bring the energy while meeting the following physical requirements:

• Frequent Standing & Walking: Be ready to stay on your feet for extended periods while moving quickly and efficiently through the bar and dining areas.
• Lifting & Carrying: Lift and carry trays, plates, and beverages weighing up to 25 pounds, sometimes repeatedly.
• Bending & Reaching: Frequently bend, stoop, and reach to stock supplies, clear tables, and serve guests.
• Balance & Coordination: Maintain steady movement while balancing trays and navigating a busy environment, even during peak hours.
• Communication: Use clear verbal communication to interact with guests and team members in a bustling setting.
• Pace: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with shifting priorities and occasional pressure.
