QualificationsUnder direct supervision of the F&B management team, takes orders from the guests, enter the order into the POS System, acts as cashier, and tends to other needs of guests.

Minimum of one year experience in a high-volume restaurant or food service area as server or cashier.  Must be 21 years of age to work in California.  Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in California and/or Arizona. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
