· Full-Time positions with availability to work weekends and closes. Weekends required.

· Competitive compensation starting at $20.76/ hour with Wages + Tips averaging up to $28.00 + / hour!

What We're Looking For:

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a love for crafting exceptional beverages. As a bartender at Mr. West, you'll play a key role in delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests, mixing up delicious drinks and creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with skill and attention to detail
• Engage with customers, offering recommendations and sharing your passion for mixology
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team environment
• Ensure all safety and legal requirements are met, including checking IDs and adhering to alcohol service policies
  

Qualifications:

• Experience as a bartender in a fast-paced setting
• A genuine passion for mixology and willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
