Job Title: Back Server
Location: 1830 Chophouse – Lebanon, Indiana
Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  
  
• Friday–Saturday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
   Pay: $7.25/hour + 2% tip out from serving staff (Estimated $14–$18 per hour)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional, guest-focused Back Server to join our front-of-house team. This role is a blend of host, food runner, and server assistant—perfect for someone looking to gain experience in fine dining and grow into a full server role upon turning 21.

What You’ll Do:

• Refill water and other beverages efficiently and courteously
  
  
• Clear tables, reset settings, and maintain cleanliness throughout service
  
  
• Assist servers with placing and running food orders
  
  
• Monitor guest needs and support timely table service
  
  
• Help enforce our steps of service to ensure a five-star experience
  
  
• Provide a welcoming and hospitable presence for every guest
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 19 years or older
  
  
• Friendly, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
  
  
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  
  
• Able to work on your feet and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  
  
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
  
  
• Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
