Server Assistant

Reporting to the A La Carte Manager, the Server Assistant is responsible for serving and assisting our Members and guests in our dining rooms. These range from fine dining to casual and family friendly dining rooms.   Part-time positions available - Dinner Shifts Available 4:00pm-11:00pm - $16.00 - $18.00/hour + Excellent Employee Amenities.   Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the front server in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Follow the service sequence and standards of the club.
• Reset tables as needed before, during and after service hours.
• Assist in food delivery, taking out trays of food with large tables when available, serving, condiment service, ground pepper service, and bread presentation.
• Ensure sufficient set-ups for service station, including silver, china, sugar, creamers, tea, tea box, water; Polish and set silverware, glasses and china.
• Seat guests in the absence of the Host.
• Clean equipment including iced tea machines, coffee machines and bread box.

Qualifications

• TABC and Texas Food Handler Certified
• Work experience in hospitality is preferred
• High school diploma
• Fluent English speaker
