We are seeking a talented and passionate Server Applications Engineer to join our innovative team dedicated to delivering high-performance, scalable, and reliable SaaS solutions. As a key member of our technology division, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure that powers our cutting-edge SaaS platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in server-side technologies and application development to drive the evolution of our product, ensuring its efficiency, security, and seamless operation. A Day in The Life of Our Server Applications Engineer, SAAS: 

Assist engineers in supporting existing key customers towards successful adoptionand implementation of Altium products. Assess the customer environment including ITinfrastructure and Altium product usage. Troubleshoot and resolve technical software questionsand issues, with a focus towards our Cloud based and Data Management solutions. Improvesupporting mediums such as Knowledge Base Articles, Online Help, and Community Forum.Provide SAAS Server Applications assistance. Test new product features and updates as they arebeing developed and released in alpha, beta, and public builds. Provide overall escalationmanagement and technical solutions to review open issues, updating customers on the status oftheir tickets, and assisting customers and developers in the reproduction of issues. Create topic-based content, such as online help, online user guides, video tutorials, knowledge base articles,quick start guides.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related.Additional minimum requirements: academic coursework, internship, or work experience to include at least one academic semester, or quarter, or six months of training or work experience in the following:

1. Microsoft IIS, Net Framework, ECAD Server integrations;

2. SaaS, electronic design software, verification, and automation;

3. Computer/Software troubleshooting;

4. Data Management, Database applications.
