Your team

You will be working on the Wealth Planning team in Weehawken, NJ [Charlotte, NC] [Phoenix, AZ] [Dallas, TX]. This team consists of wealth planners who support Financial Advisors in the review, delivery, and implementation of financial plans to expand client relationships, drive net new asset, and identify revenue opportunities through the wealth planning process.

Your expertise

• A bachelor's degree
• Ideally 5+ years of work experience
• Foundational knowledge of financial planning
• CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™) designation
• Strong communication (oral and written) with solid interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Ability to think analytically and provide practical solutions
• Ability to work in a team environment and receive consistent feedback on how to improve
• Ability to foster a collaborative team environment
• Past managerial experience preferred but not mandatory
• Background or experience using financial planning platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Access and Excel for advanced data management, analysis, and reporting tasks
