About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote) who is deeply curious and passionate about solving complex problems to come join our recruiting team! Jerry is building the first AllCar™ super app to help everyday Americans save time and money on one of their most expensive assets. Since launching our mobile app in 2019, we have amassed over 4M customers, expanded our product offerings to multiple categories and scaled our team to 250 across the U.S., Canada, and China.

As part of our North American recruiting team, you will own the hiring strategy and execution across a variety of technical and product roles ranging from mid to senior levels in the U.S. and Canada. How you will make an impact:

• Attract and retain top talent across a wide range of business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, and product design/research

• Work closely with hiring leaders in the U.S, and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our teams' ongoing growth needs

• Own multiple active searches, prioritize ruthlessly, and manage candidate pipelines end-to-end

• Continuously review, reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are utilizing our team's time efficiently without sacrificing quality

Ideal profile:

• 3+ years of experience recruiting for technically complex roles including product managers, software engineers, product designers, and/or data scientists

• Strong preference for startup or agency experience
