The Microsoft Security Response Center (MSRC) seeks an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive and evolve Microsoft’s company-wide security research incentives and security data sharing partnerships. Your portfolio of programs, including company-wide bug bounty, Patch Tuesday, and threat intelligence sharing build global partnerships, identify new and emerging threats to customers, and deliver actionable security data to improve security for everyone.

Responsibilities
• Help shape the strategic direction of Microsoft's security research incentives to drive high-impact external security research and security data sharing to deliver authoritative and actionable security data and empower partners and customers to better manage security risks
• Partner with stakeholders across the company and industry to create, manage, and evolve research incentives and security data sharing programs.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance data to identify and deliver process improvement and automation across all programs.
• Develop and analyze researcher, partners, and customer feedback to identify and deliver improvements in research incentives and security data sharing.
