Senior Technical Officer

Senior Technical Officer in the Division of Haematology, Medical Oncology and HSCT of the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 537097) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSE, with at least 10 years’ work experience in clinical research. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; a strong sense of responsibility; good interpersonal skills; and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous work experience in research and blood-taking is preferred.

The appointee will work on research projects related to Haematology. They will be responsible for coordinating research studies, conducting assessments and evaluations, developing training manuals and self-help materials, conducting training programmes, liaising with different parties, and performing other research-related duties as required.
