Position Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, or related technology leadership roles, including development of technology strategies, architecture standards, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Proven experience aligning business strategy, technology investments, and execution plans.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of architecture governance, risk management, and enterprise decision-making processes.
• Experience working within Agile, Product Management, and portfolio-based delivery environments.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Financial services industry experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• TOGAF certification or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification.
• Experience with business capability modeling, operating model design, portfolio planning, and value stream management.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise integration patterns, cybersecurity frameworks, data platforms, and modern digital architectures.
