Your team

You will be joining the Wealth Management Americas, Capital Markets (Trading) team which provides business and technical services to Retail Clients, FA’s / CSA’s Front & Middle-office users, Money Managers, Sales and Traders in various Product Desks and technology solutions to support three key service lines : Order Entry, Order Management and Order Execution / Market Connectivity services, Trade Affirmation, Allocation and Settlement services and Client, Regulatory and Risk Reporting services.
CM & PF Platform provides above key services across Equities, Options, Fixed Income, UITs, Futures, FX, Commodities Structured Solutions, Precious Metals, Alternative Investments (FIA), Mutual Funds and Annuities as major asset classes.
As a Tech Lead, You’ll be working in the Capital Markets (Trading) team in our Weehawken, NJ office. We analyze, develop and deliver global solutions to maintain or change our IT systems with our business counterparts. You'll play an important role in designing, integrating and managing complex software solutions for multiple programs. Your expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
• technical lead focused on Capital Markets and trading applications; expert in managing enterprise level, multi-vendor integration applications
• leadership skills to manage and direct mid to large size technology teams across geographies to deliver quality software under aggressive timelines
• software engineer focused on Capital Markets and trading applications; expert in managing enterprise level, multi-vendor integration applications
• technology experience in latest distributed computing technologies like spring boot, microservices
• exposure to integrating multi-platform projects
• exposure to complex cloud solutions within the finance sector
• know-how to apply standards, methods, techniques and templates as defined by our SDLC eg - code repository handling, code inspection, penetration-avoidance
• design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions in a large scale enterprise environment using modern programming languages.
• providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
• ideally 10+ years of experience in Java development, Technical Architecture & Design, and experience in development projects for larger enterprises
• excellent knowledge and hands-on in Java (OOP concepts, Maven, JDBC, TestNG, Log4j) and spring boot
• experience with CI/CD development approaches, continuous development, container-based development (DEVcontainers)
