S&Ps Loan Reference Data product services internal clients as well as external clients and is focused on providing loan data and tracking to be used in the broader marketplace.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Loan Reference Data (LRD) Operations is a liaison between clients, S&P Global WSOWeb, S&P Global WSOData and S&P Global Loan Pricing. The team analyzes, handles, and organizes all the initial data deal setup. S&P currently has an opening for a Loan Reference Data Senior Team Lead to assist with the day-to- day operations of the business. The role also includes enhancing existing practices and alternatives to ensure smooth delivery of data. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues globally in Gurgaon, Noida, Dallas, New York, Manchester, London and Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities:
Acquire knowledge of all LRD processes and functions
Lead and motivate the team to generate new ideas and create efficiencies
Create weekly dashboards to review and track progress on the team’s metrics
Provide in-depth analysis to management where the team fell short on internal/external SLA’s, along with proposed remediation plans to correct going forward
Organize, construct and present key performance indicators (KPI) and key risk indicators (KRI) to management and senior management
Monitor FreshDesk (mail flow system) response times across the team to ensure client obligations are being met on time
Conduct weekly check ins with the team to share knowledge and create accountability
Ability to work closely with internal teams to review and enhance processes
Assist team members on question they have on their day-to-day workflows
Assess team members abilities and create training plans
Monitor and track special projects assigned to team members
Provide quality assurance checks on credit data
Analyze all aspects of the new deal closing, credit agreements, amendments, and restructures
Process data, manage exceptions, creation of new assets, and interact with clients
Provide written emails to management with the audit findings and trend analysis
Create new loans in S&P Global WSOData and set up current contracts and amortization schedules
Create new assets in S&P Global WSOWeb (Bonds, CDS, ABS, Equities)
Review and recommend changes to policies and procedures to improve data and auditing
Maintain documentation library by requesting and updating documents
Manage all loan identifiers
Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis, and investigate issues providing explanations and interpretation
Protect the business through documentation, policies and procedures, metrics, and data validations
Interact with appropriate individual/entities to gather all pertinent information to reflect the accuracy of the referential data

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $61,846.00 to $110,130.25. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
