Senior Systems Engineering Manager - Validation & Test (Bothell, WA)

Your role:
Leads clinical testing and clinical validation teams for Ultrasound products between Bothell and Cambridge sites
Manages interactions with some regulatory agencies for product validation test data
Works with software and clinical leaders in the business to plan program resources and actively manage project priorities
You're the right fit if:
You have 7+ years of professional in a regulated medial environment, and you have experience in people management.
You’ve earned a BS in a technical field, engineering preferred
Your experience includes Experience with Agile practices such as Scrum and SAFe with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
You have experience with clinical testing and other testing methodologies and enjoy technical leadership and problem solving with other highly motivated professionals.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You are a self-motivated individual with good organizational and time management skills with strong interpersonal communication and relationship skills. Experience working on cross site teams.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position in WA is $139,000 - $223,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
