IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Huntsville, AL to support a customer on Redstone Arsenal.

Job Responsibilities:      

• Provide management, integration, and System Engineering support for Lakota Helicopter Program Configuration Management, Airworthiness, Safety, and Engineering sustainment modifications and activities.
• Develop/support evaluation of LUH risks, issue management and exploitation of opportunities.
• Provide data analysis/ data management to support LUH fleet management studies, engineering changes, life cycle cost improvements, Sustainment Reviews, and divestment decisions.
• Support configuration management of LUH baseline and supporting databases.
• Recommend courses of action based on technical maturity, cost, and schedule.
• Assist in the development and management of integrated schedules for all engineering / programmatic activities.
• Provide technical input for LUH taskers and coordinate program level integration activities.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 10%.

Education and General Experience: 

• 15 years of applicable experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Master’s degree preferred.
• Expertise in managing System Engineering tasks and configuration management to coordinate/support simultaneous aircraft modifications.
• Experience with change management, process improvement, and knowledge management activities.
• Expertise with developing, tailoring and analyzing metrics to support engineering changes and program decisions.
• Experience in Industrial Engineering activities of commercial OEMs.
• Experience with supporting Business Case Analysis (BCA) studies and Analysis of Alternatives comparisons.
• Expertise in data analysis techniques (including MS Excel).
• Expertise developing and managing Product Office integrated master schedules a plus.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in System Engineering and Project Management tasks.
• Senior level written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with and lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Ability to use/manage SharePoint databases.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Project.
• Demonstrated expertise in Business Case Analysis activities.

Clearance Requirements: Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
