Senior Strategy Consultant

Work You’ll Do

As a Senior Consultant you will lead the execution of business transformation efforts for our clients. Responsibilities will include:

• Applying Deloitte operating model transformation best practices and deep client mission knowledge to transform large scale program portfolios
• Advocate for the establishment and evolution of modern technological capabilities and prepare organizations for challenges to mitigate risks.
• Lead cross functional teams of consultants who will collaborate across the GPS landscape to advance our Strategy & Analytics offerings and push the boundaries to create new markets and market share.

The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.

Qualifications 

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, Engineering or business-related field
• 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Proven experience building a project plan to execute business transformation to include any of the following: stakeholder engagement, business case development, ROI estimation
• Experience assessing data reporting strategy and making recommendations to clients
• Demonstrated experience leading/mentoring junior staff 
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
• Active Secret Security Clearance 

 Preferred:

• Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
• Experience working with Lean Six Sigma
• Well versed in Business Process Re-Engineering
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
