The Opportunity

Adobe’s Creative Cloud powers the work of millions of Creative Professionals across design, photography, video, and more. As the Senior Strategic Analytics Manager in the Creative Professional Product Marketing organization, you will help Adobe build a deeper, data‑driven understanding of this audience and the business dynamics behind them—how they work, what they need, and where the biggest opportunities exist. Your insights will highlight the most important areas of focus and help Adobe prioritize the work that drives the greatest impact.

This role is appealing if you enjoy solving open‑ended questions, connecting data to real customer behavior, and influencing decisions through clear, concise storytelling. You’ll work at the intersection of audience insight, customer understanding, and business performance—helping teams make confident decisions that better serve Creative Pros.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver insights that shape our Creative Professional strategy: Analyze Creative Pro behaviors, workflows, product usage, and business performance to uncover what drives value and surface insights that influence product, packaging, and GTM decisions.
  • Build analytical frameworks and decision‑support tools: Create data models, business funnels, segmentation views, and dashboards that guide prioritization and investment.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business: Work with Product Marketing, Product Management, GTM, Finance, and analytics teams to size opportunities, test hypotheses, and support data-driven planning.
  • Support key business rhythms: Provide analysis for annual plans, quarterly business reviews, and other ongoing performance reviews.
  • Translate data into clear, compelling narratives: Present insights with clarity and actionable relevance, distilling complex analysis into structured storytelling.
  • Drive alignment across teams: Build shared understanding of audience performance, business trends, and implications to support coordinated execution.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 7+ years in strategy, analytics, consulting, or related roles; experience with SaaS or generative AI analytics is a plus.
  • Skilled at analyzing large, complex datasets and turning insights into action.
  • Strong foundation in financial analysis, forecasting, and data modeling.
  • Proficient in Tableau, SQL, and Excel;  experience with Python and Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms
  • Able to structure ambiguous problems and design clear analytical approaches.
  • Curious about creative workflows and Creative Pro needs.
  • Excellent communication and concise, executive‑level storytelling; able to influence leaders and their teams across functions.
  • Collaborative in a matrixed environment; able to build strong partnerships across Product, Marketing, GTM, and Finance.
  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, economics, data science, statistics, analytics, or a related field.
