Job Description

Nagarro's Dynamics 365 Business Analyst will:

• Interact with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements, processes, integration requirements and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, functional solution design and configure D365 Business Central processes to requirements.
• Collaborate with technical team to develop and implement custom or integration processes.
• Migrate Masters and Data from the legacy system to Business Central.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end users on system functionality and best practices.
• Define and execute test plans to ensure that the system functionality meets client requirements.
• Execute cut-over planning and Go-Live.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, provide support and guidance to end users during implementation and post-go-live phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Accounting. 
• 8+ years of experience as functional consultant in Microsoft D365 Business Central. Must have handled minimum 5 end to end implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of D365 Business Central modules including Finance, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Inventory, Project Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
• Strong documentation skills such as Functional Requirement Document, GAP-FIT Analysis, solution design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Microsoft Certifications, experience in implanting U.S based projects and U.S taxation would be an advantage.
• Ready to travel client site as and when required.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, hybrid role in Austin, TX. Candidates should be willing to travel as and when expected to client locations.
