About the Role
Are you a savvy negotiator with a flair for finding the perfect venue? As our Senior Sourcing Manager, you'll dive into the exciting world of meeting logistics, working right alongside clients to craft unforgettable experiences. With your keen eye for details and strong partnerships with suppliers, you'll ensure every event goes off without a hitch. Join us in making remarkable gatherings come to life!

You're Good At:

• Masterfully negotiating contracts to secure the best savings and terms for our clients.
• Building strong relationships with vendors and clients to deliver exceptional service.
• Conducting thorough site inspections and evaluations to ensure every venue meets expectations.
• Understanding and implementing sourcing strategies aligned with client needs.
• Utilizing technology platforms like Cvent to streamline sourcing processes.

You Might Also Have:

• Experience in industry contract negotiations, especially in business and legal terms.
• Familiarity with Cvent or similar technology platforms for venue sourcing.
• Pharmaceutical Meetings & Events experience. 
• A knack for creating high-level presentation decks that showcase venues.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Up to 15% travel experience and a willingness to connect with clients in the Eastern time zone.
