ABC Fitness Solutions builds comprehensive, scalable technology that helps fitness businesses of all sizes manage, engage, and grow their members. As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you'll build high-quality React Native applications for both iOS and Android, delivering polished mobile experiences while contributing to engineering best practices and mobile development standards within an agile squad.
 

You'll contribute through strong technical execution, mobile craftsmanship, code quality, and close collaboration with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, and QA teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:       

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to review user stories, refine requirements, estimate work, and propose technical solutions.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality React Native applications for iOS and Android.

• Deliver clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code while contributing to engineering standards and best practices.

• Write technical design documentation where appropriate.

• Review peer code to ensure quality, maintainability, performance, and architectural consistency.

• Establish and uphold team practices for AI-assisted development (Cursor or similar), including review standards for AI-generated code.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, customer-reported defects, and QA findings in a timely manner.

• Participate in build, release, deployment, monitoring, and support activities with a focus on security, scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Build reusable mobile components and continuously evaluate new technologies that improve the engineering experience.

• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and engineering best practices through continuous learning.

​All applicants must be able to work from our Hyderabad office 2-3x a week.
 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).

• 4+ years of professional experience developing mobile applications.

• Strong experience building cross-platform applications using React Native.

• Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support.

• Experience using Agile development practices and working within cross-functional product teams.

• Strong understanding of Git, version control workflows, and collaborative development practices.

• Experience with application lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Confluence
