- Technical Excellence: Design and ship secure, scalable solutions across the stack, focusing on iOS mobile applications. Guide architecture within your domain, drive automation, comprehensive testing, CI/CD, and observability, while reducing technical debt and improving performance and reliability. Leverage GitHub CoPilot in Software Development best practices.
- Industry and Domain Impact: Leverage current industry trends to drive measurable process and product improvements, making data-driven trade-offs and recommendations.
- Risk and Compliance: Project-level risk assessments, define and execute mitigation plans, and embed security/privacy-by-design. Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, stay current on regulatory changes, and partner with Compliance and Audit for effective oversight.
- Stakeholder and Team Management: Build strong relationships across product, design, operations, and partner teams. Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly; influence cross-functional outcomes
- You demonstrate experience in. developing mobile applications on the iOS platform, integrating with Java-based backend services in a cloud/containerized environment ideally within financial services or technology.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
