We work across shared UI systems, frontend architecture, developer experience, performance, reliability, and the tools that help teams ship well.</p> <p>This is a team for engineers who enjoy working at a leverage point. Instead of owning a single feature area, we shape the patterns, primitives, and workflows that many teams build on top of. Our work sits at the intersection of product engineering, design systems, and platform thinking, with a strong focus on creating durable solutions that improve the experience for both developers and end users.</p> <p>We’re still an evolving team with room to define our scope and raise our ambition over time. That makes this an especially strong opportunity for someone who wants to help shape not just what gets built, but how frontend engineering is practiced. We’re excited about modern tooling, including AI-assisted and agentic workflows, and we believe the best engineers use them to extend strong judgment, not replace it.</p> <p>Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment.
