About The Role:
As a Sr. Software Engineer (Frontend), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our web applications. You'll leverage your deep knowledge of ReactJS and modern web technologies to design, develop, and maintain high-quality, performant, and scalable user interfaces. You'll also be a mentor and leader within the front-end team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex and engaging user interfaces using ReactJS and modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript)
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to translate designs into intuitive and functional web applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards
• Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness across all devices
• Identify and implement solutions to front-end bugs and performance issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the front-end development process and tooling
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and code reviews

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Engineer
• In-depth expertise in ReactJS and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.)
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha)
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Passion for building user-centric and visually appealing web applications

Additional Knowledge and Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with HIPAA compliance and the security of PHI data
• Familiarity with Healthcare IT standards as well as with Healthcare workflows
