About the Team
Quality Technology Team focuses on the quality domain, providing a series of effective quality products and tools throughout the entire software engineering lifecycle from development, testing, and changes to online operation and maintenance. Aimed at business, we offer comprehensive quality improvement solutions, helping businesses quickly build quality technology capabilities in areas such as quality built-in, testing efficiency, automated testing, change risk prevention and control, architectural risk governance, and monitoring and emergency response.

What you will do:
- Research and development to enhance and optimize tools aimed at improving core code quality, including but not limited to:
- Conduct research into development of intelligent (AI) and automated tools to increase code efficiency
- Develop tools that automate code review processes and generate unit tests based on large language models
- Optimize existing tools to minimize the overhead costs associated with unit case generation and Codereview activities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer science related field;
- Proficient in programming languages such as Go/Python/C/C++.
- Proficient in deep learning theory, with in-depth business practice in the LLM field.
- Familiar with large-scale code models, with practical business experience.
- Bonus: Prior experience working on AI code review, AI unit test, or AI bug detection/correction products

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $194000 - $355000 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
