Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager (No.2) | Chertsey, Surrey | £70,000 - £75,000 + Package

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a leading residential developer as the No.2 on a flagship 300-unit timber frame development in Chertsey, Surrey.

Working alongside the Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering this large-scale scheme, managing subcontractors, driving programme, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring health & safety excellence throughout the build.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within volume housebuilding

Strong timber frame construction experience

Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and build quality

Ability to manage trades, programme, and site operations effectively

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified

Package:

£70,000 - £75,000 basic salary
