Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager – Maidstone, Kent – Phased Hospitial Fitout of an X-Ray Department - Starting Nov 2026 for minimim 12 months

Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in hospital fitouts & refurbishments, and they are looking for a No. 1 Site Manager to deliver a project in Maidstone.

Duties:

*

Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis

*

Coordinate/ book all trades

*

Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard

*

Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings

*

Liaise with the client, contracts manager and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving

*

Keep on top of design changes requested by client

*

Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time.

Skills/ Qualifications required:

*

SMSTS

*

CSCS Card

*

First Aid Certificate

*

Previous hospital refurbishment/fitout experience

*

Previous experience managing projects circa £2M
