What you will be doing:
You're invited to join the Central Application Processing team as a Senior Services Technician. In this role, you will:
- Receive and process applications for Medicaid Waiver services and make accurate, timely eligibility determinations and benefit authorizations.
- Perform administrative duties by mailing, faxing, or secure messaging notices to consumers and corresponding with care coordinators and legal representatives.
This Position will require Occasional Travel within the State of Alaska.

The office is located in Northeast Anchorage (1835 Bragaw Street). It is near Costco, East High School, and various restaurants and a coffee shop. Parking is readily available at the office.
You will work closely with other members in both the Division and the Department of Health.
There may be an opportunity for a hybrid telework schedule once the incumbent has successfully passed the probation period.
