We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development, IT Service Management (ITSM), and JavaScript, along with excellent communication, ownership, team collaboration, curiosity and initiative, mentorship, and leadership skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability. 

• ITSM: Utilize IT Service Management best practices to enhance and optimize ServiceNow workflows and processes. 

• JavaScript: Write, test, and maintain JavaScript code to support ServiceNow functionalities and integrations. 

• Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients to understand requirements and provide updates. 

• Ownership: Take full ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. 

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and foster a positive work environment. 

• Curiosity and Initiative: Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and ITSM. 

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and related technologies. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
