This role serves as the project and process leader for medium to large projects for the Cottonelle® dry bathroom tissue business. This role will provide cross functional project leadership to ensure successful commercialization and launch of products that meet project success criteria and business financial goals through Innovation Management Framework, including primary point of coordination and interface with Research and Engineering, Marketing, Product Supply, Supply Chain, Finance, Go-to-Market, Sales, and Mill Operations.
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to deliver project goals, including managing timelines, driving adherence to key milestones, and ensuring alignment across functional areas and business teams.
- Drive key business decisions related to project launch timelines, success criteria, and resource allocation, while influencing stakeholders across Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and other functions.
- Provide direction, coaching, and mentoring to project team members and junior staff, fostering development within the discipline and ensuring effective execution of responsibilities.
- Plan, communicate, and execute project responsibilities effectively, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication of plans and results to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Safety, Regulatory, Product Safety, and Quality standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Protect intellectual property through appropriate use of patents and trade secrets, and document R&D work in accordance with policy and IP requirements.
- Lead innovation programs focused on the development and commercialization of tissue technologies, identifying and driving learning plans to support project success.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Science related field, preferred.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in product development and/or project management.
