Senior SAP PTD- Plan to Deliver

This is a remote position.
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP PTD (Plan-to-Deliver) Consultant to design, configure, and optimize end-to-end supply chain execution processes. The PTD domain covers planning, manufacturing, quality, and logistics functions, and requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA or ECC capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver process excellence without necessarily holding a lead title.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP PTD processes across planning, production, inventory, and delivery functions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Work with integrated modules such as MM, PP, QM, WM/EWM, and SD for seamless PTD execution.
- Configure key PTD components including MRP, production execution, goods movements, and delivery scheduling.
- Support testing, defect resolution, go-live preparation, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Provide process improvement recommendations to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Share knowledge with internal teams and mentor junior consultants where applicable.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of SAP experience, with significant focus on PTD or relevant modules (PP, MM, EWM, SD).
Strong hands-on configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
Proven track record in global implementation or rollout projects.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA certification in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
- Experience in Industry 4.0 integrations, automation, or IoT-enabled manufacturing.
- Exposure to advanced planning solutions (IBP, APO).
