Senior Salesforce Tester/QA- Remote

Job Description

Develops complex test plans by working cross functionally and executes the testing of technology systems ensuring quality and efficient systems performance.

Understands highly complex testing needs.

Expertise in Oracle database applications standard testing.

Champions the use of Six Sigma to reduce costs and improve processes.

Works with the Business Analyst team to develop appropriate testing protocols for large application development or application enhancement projects.

Creates and executes various complex testing documentation (including plans, conditions, and scripts) based on technical and user requirements.

Provides feedback on testing results to development teams, ensuring fixes or enhancements are incorporated prior to scheduled releases.

Ensures all applications adhere to high quality standards.

Analyzes complex information systems and identifies and documents all quality related issues.

Develops strong customer relationships as a trusted liaison between customer and solutions delivery teams ensuring applications meet business needs.

Carries out complex tasks on large projects.

Coaches and mentors less experienced testing analysts; documents knowledge and solutions for future use.

Understands basic and moderate technical design and standards in development / implementation.
