What You’ll Do
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager, EMEA is a foundational leader within our global enablement organization, responsible for building and scaling a high-impact, regionally aligned enablement engine across EMEA.
This role will create a strong regional enablement backbone across internal sales and technical teams, partners and alliances, onboarding, and new product and messaging readiness.
You will report to the Head of Global Enablement and partner closely with the existing enablement leadership team to translate global programs into cohesive regional execution. You will also work closely with EMEA leadership, Sales, SE, Customer Success, Alliances, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other key stakeholders across Horizon3.
Build and own the EMEA enablement strategy across internal teams, partners, and alliances, in close partnership with the broader enablement team
Own and deliver coordinated enablement for EMEA sales and technical audiences, including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, partner-facing teams, and other revenue-adjacent roles
Support new product and feature readiness so internal teams can confidently communicate positioning, use cases, technical workflows, and business outcomes
Partner with regional leaders to improve consistency in how teams run an outcome-oriented sales motion tied to customer risk, business impact, and operational value
Develop both sales and technical enablement so partners can position Horizon3 effectively, represent our differentiation clearly, and support customer conversations with confidence
Create partner learning paths, accreditations, and supporting assets tailored to the maturity and role of each partner type
Translate global priorities into region-specific programs that reflect EMEA market needs, GTM motions, and leadership priorities
Maintain a rolling regional enablement roadmap with clear priorities, sequencing, and measurable outcomes
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in enablement, sales enablement, technical enablement, partner enablement, revenue programs, or related GTM roles in B2B SaaS
Demonstrated experience building and scaling enablement programs across multiple audiences, such as internal sellers, technical teams, partners, or cross-functional employees
Strong experience in onboarding, curriculum design, program management, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
Proven ability to translate complex product, technical, or market concepts into clear, usable messaging and learning experiences
Experience supporting field readiness for product launches, sales motions, new messaging, or partner activation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to both frontline teams and senior leadership
Strong operational discipline, including prioritization, planning, follow-through, and measurement
Experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise software, or adjacent complex technical markets preferred
Experience building partner, distributor, or alliance enablement programs in an international or regional context preferred
