As a senior-level professional, you’ll lead and mentor a team and help them grow professionally. You’ll also play a pivotal role in implementing and expanding our EHS strategy. You can help steer projects toward success under our Environmental Division Manager.

What you’ll do
As a Senior Safety Professional Project Manager, you’ll have the chance to make a significant impact, drive growth and advance your career with a leading firm. You’ll also:
- Expand our client base and spearhead business opportunities with an eye on sectors like pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare. Your ability to forge strong client relationships will be key to our growth.
- Bring your specialty as a technical Project Manager, delivering exceptional service that meets our clients’ diverse needs.
- Hire, inspire and mentor our EHS team. Your leadership will cultivate a team that’s known for its expertise, innovation and commitment to excellence.
- Guide our clients and team through the complexities of EHS compliance with your experience in audits, risk assessments, safety culture development and more.
Ideally, you’ll have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in hygiene, biology, environmental/civil/chemical engineering, environmental studies or a related science field. If you have seven or more years of experience in the environmental sector, we want to talk. Ideally, you will also:
- Have successfully led projects in Occupational Health, Safety and Industrial Hygiene, demonstrating your ability to exceed safety benchmarks.
- Hold certifications such as CIH, CSP, CHMM, CPEA or similar distinguishing you as a leader in the field.
- Demonstrate business development and sales experience with a strategic mindset.
- Establish connections in key sectors – pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, higher education, manufacturing and construction.
- Be skilled developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Speak and write well.
- Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Be a team player.
