Job Summary:
As part of the Customer Success Services team, the SaaS Program Director is responsible for leading large-scale, cross-functional programs that drive the delivery, adoption, and success of Oracle’s SaaS offerings. This role works closely with product management, engineering, go-to-market, and customer success teams to ensure successful execution of complex programs from conception through completion. The ideal candidate brings deep SaaS expertise, specifically in the ERP, HCM, and CX areas, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex SaaS programs aligned with the customer’s strategic objectives.
- Oversee cross-functional project teams, including product managers, engineers, sales, marketing, and support, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
- Define program scope, goals, milestones, metrics, and deliverables; ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
- Drive operational excellence through standardization of best practices, process improvement, and continuous learning.
- Monitor program progress, generate status reports, and present outcomes to executive leadership.
- Foster a culture of customer-centricity, compliance, and innovation.
- Identify and resolve program issues and dependencies quickly and effectively.
- Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including customer c-level executives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, including 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise SaaS initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in SaaS business models, cloud solutions, and software delivery.
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence and partner across diverse, global organizations.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid program management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP or similar certifications (preferred).
- Experience in a highly regulated, security-conscious enterprise environment is a plus.
- Ability to travel to client site 50 - 60%

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
