Job Responsibilities:

• Own end‑to‑end creative delivery for complex projects (concept, storyboard, prototype, production, QA, and deployment), including real‑time/interactive content.
• Establish and maintain media design pipelines (versioning, asset taxonomy, render/real‑time optimization, color management, and hand‑off standards).
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (e.g., technicians, event production, branding/marketing) to align creative outputs with venue constraints and audience objectives; support live shoots and live events.
• Oversee schedule, proactively manage risks, and lead acceptance testing and delivery sign‑off.
• Champion tool innovation; evaluate and integrate new digital art tools to improve quality and efficiency.
• Curate and govern the digital asset library (sketches, project files, textures, final artworks) and documentation for re‑use and scalability.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Animation, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in the media design industry (production house, advertising, resort marketing, live event/broadcasting, or equivalent).
• Hands‑on experience ingesting and programming video content into media servers (visualization, playback, timeline, generative engines) is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner, Notch or Universe (for real‑time/generative/FX workflows and large‑format deployments).
• Strong proficiency with industry‑standard digital content creation/video tools: After Effects Cinema 4D, Houdini, Maya, Blender, Premiere Pro, Illustrator or Photoshop etc.
• Demonstrated knowledge of network‑based content management systems and asset/version control practices.
• Solid foundations in drawing, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling; capable of translating concepts into compelling motion graphics, animation and video.
• Unreal Engine certified training (e.g., Epic-authorized courses, Unreal Fellowship, or equivalent) will be considered a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent English or Cantonese required; Mandarin an advantage .
