Your Mission
In this exciting role, we are seeking an individual with an outcome-focused mindset, well-versed in utilizing data to drive customer-centric product development, enhance engineering efficiency, and align strategies with our business goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is critical, and your unwavering persistence will be crucial as you anchor decisions on metrics and lead data-driven analyses to drive innovative solutions across various aspects of our organization, including people, processes, and technology.
- Utilize data insights to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences, driving product development efforts that meet their requirements.
- Extract valuable insights from engineering tools and systems, supporting the organization in identifying trends, improving efficiency, and scaling operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies and initiatives based on data-driven findings.
- Develop data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate progress and recommend adjustments, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
- Provide metrics and regular reporting to product, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
- Support engineering teams in establishing standard reporting for domain-specific tools related to logging, analytics, alerting, and more.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support product and engineering initiatives.
- Work with product management to leverage data and analytics, enhancing customer experience and adoption.
- Collaborate with Product Management/UX teams to understand user data and identify opportunities to improve our products.
- Translate data insights into actionable outcomes that align with our business goals and product roadmap.
- Lead data-driven experiments and A/B testing, validating hypotheses and driving innovation

Your Experience Includes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline).
- Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset focused on driving business outcomes.
