Let’s talk if you want to be part of the next big leap in security innovation!</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <p data-renderer-start-pos="82" data-local-id="a8985f0bd657">We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on Quality Engineering to drive the reliability, scalability, and security of Endor Labs’ products. This role goes beyond traditional QA - you will own quality end-to-end, combining deep technical expertise in automation with a strong understanding of real-world customer use cases.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="430" data-local-id="efbc0d68e073">You will play a key role in designing robust test strategies, building scalable automation frameworks, and integrating quality checks into CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate brings a security-first mindset, proactively identifies risks, and leverages modern AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity, debugging, and test coverage.&nbsp;This position requires both independent execution and strong collaboration within a fast-paced, high-impact engineering environment.</p> <ul> <li style="line-height: 1.5;">Own and drive end-to-end quality strategy for product features, from design to release.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.5;">Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and test suites.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.5;">Perform&nbsp;deep manual and exploratory testing for complex security use cases.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.5;">Integrate automated tests into&nbsp;CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable releases.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to&nbsp;define acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks.</li> <li>Identify, debug, and root-cause complex issues using tools like logs, metrics, and observability platforms.</li> <li>C
