The Senior PR Manager role is pivotal in driving awareness, enhancing brand perception, and delivering measurable earned media results for both Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire and Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. This is a hands-on role suited to a results-driven communicator with excellent media relationships, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead agency partners and collaborate across departments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the hospitality industry, have a flair for storytelling, and be confident managing day-to-day PR operations to ensure consistent, impactful brand visibility across local and international markets.
Please note that this fixed term contract will be from July 2025 for 12 months.
What you will do:
1. Integrated Campaign Execution:
Work in close collaboration with the Senior Director of PR & Communications, Marketing Manager, and Social Media Manager to deliver integrated campaigns. Ensure that PR is seamlessly woven into marketing and social strategies to maximize earned media potential and message impact.
2. PR & Earned Media Planning:
Support the development and execution of PR plans that prioritize earned media. Leverage newsworthy stories and seasonal opportunities to secure impactful coverage across print, digital, and broadcast channels for both properties.
3. Media & Influencer Relations:
Manage and grow strong relationships with top-tier local and international media and influencers. Pitch stories, host media visits, and ensure ongoing engagement to keep the hotels top-of-mind for high-value editorial and content opportunities.
4. Agency & Partner Management:
Coordinate and oversee PR agency partners, ensuring their efforts are aligned with brand priorities, messaging, and KPIs. Provide clear briefs, monitor campaign execution, and maintain quality and consistency in deliverables.
5. Strategic Partnerships & Brand Activations:
Manage partnerships and activations that align with the brand’s identity and guest experience goals. Ensure initiatives generate buzz, media interest, and added visibility for the hotels.
6. On-Site Media Engagement:
Plan and manage media visits, content creation, and photo/video shoots. Work closely with F&B, Spa, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution and maximise storytelling potential on-site.
7. Internal Communication & Corporate Alignment:
Assist with internal communications and creative briefing processes to ensure employees and corporate partners are informed and aligned with PR activities and messaging.
8. Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Monitor media coverage, competitor activity, and hospitality trends. Compile PR reports and insights to evaluate performance and recommend areas of improvement.
