About You
Sitting within the Global Sales and Conversion team, the Senior Prospective Student Coordinator is a member of the Study@RMIT team. This role is responsible for leading, motivating and coaching a team of direct reports in the form of Prospective Student Officers to provide outstanding sales and customer service conversations through a variety of inbound and outbound channels including phone, live chat, face to face and email. The Senior Coordinator is also responsible for preparing and presenting reports and insights to help inform future decisions.
Additionally, the Senior Prospective Student Coordinator will be involved in various projects, tasks and initiatives geared towards the continuous improvement of Study@RMIT’s service delivery as well as contributing to RMIT University’s overall recruitment and operational targets.
To be successful in this position, you’ll have as a minimum:
- Proven ability to manage a high performing team, and demonstrated capability to coach and develop individuals to meet and exceed all operational KPIs.
- Exhibit high level written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, and confidently interact with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds. Public speaking experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrate ability to manage difficult client expectations with successful outcome.
- Ability to analyse and report on statistics and data trends, particularly pertaining to customer relationship management, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM management and reporting. Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
- Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously, and work well under pressure whilst meeting KPI’s.
- Ability to interpret complex information and effectively and efficiently converse with individuals at all levels.
