Senior Project Manager (Technical Services)

To plan and project manage development and maintenance of ICT infrastructure projects for PA

Key duties and responsibilities that need to be performed to meet the primary objective of the job. This will include the important result areas (what) along with the rationale (why).

• Involve in planning, implementation and support of PA’s ICT Infrastructure for PA’s infrastructure and application systems.

• Work with project teams and provide consultancy services to the application teams to design and plan the infrastructure solution; Liaise with various parties/teams to ensure expected project outcomes are aligned/met.

• Manage IT vendors to ensure IT supports and delivery of infrastructure setup according to requirements and specifications.

• Manage multiple ICT infrastructure projects/contracts concurrently.

• Work with application/technical services teams on artefacts submissions and clarifications with auditors during IT audits.

• Ensure project implementation meets IM8 or agency’s policy requirements.

• Provides timely and regular updates to management.

Experience
Minimum - At least 3 years of relevant experience in ICT Infrastructure and project management.
Desired - To have prior relevant work experience in
supporting government projects.

• Good knowledge of servers, network, security and Cloud hosting (e.g. AWS, Azure).
• Good knowledge of industry standards and best practices (e.g. ITILv3/v4 or DevOps).
• Good communications (both verbal and written) and leadership skill.
• Experience in managing and supporting infrastructure projects.
• Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
