Our software, <strong>Miles</strong>, enables companies worldwide to manage their leasing, fleet and mobility operations in one integrated platform.</p> <p>From our <strong>Macquarie Park</strong> office, we’re looking for an experienced <strong>Senior Project Manager</strong> to lead complex, high-impact software implementation projects for our customers.</p> <p>This is a senior, customer-facing role where you’ll take ownership of projects from planning through implementation, go-live and transition to support. You’ll shape the project approach, lead cross-functional teams, work closely with senior customer stakeholders and maintain oversight of scope, budget, quality and risk.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead complex <strong>end-to-end ERP and software implementation projects</strong>, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, budget and quality.</li> <li>Define and shape the project approach best suited to the customer and project while aligning with Sofico’s implementation methodology.</li> <li>Establish project plans, governance, milestones, responsibilities and communication structures.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with <strong>senior customer stakeholders</strong> and represent Sofico in Steering Committees and key project meetings.</li> <li>Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate multiple workstreams, resources, dependencies and priorities.</li> <li>Proactively manage project risks, issues and change, taking corrective action where required.</li> <li>Maintain strong commercial oversight, including project budgets, invoicing and input into revenue forecasting and recognition.</li> <li>Lead projects through go-live, hypercare, customer acceptance and transition to support.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your skills and interests:</strong></p> <p>You’re an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading complex <strong>implementations while remaining close to the delivery.
