Title: Sr. Project Manager, Market Development
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Department/Location: Remote
FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary:
The Sr. Project Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for overseeing the operational readiness activities for 8-10 new outpatient clinics per year. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure timely completion of key activities and track milestones to ensure on-time openings of new clinics. In addition to facilitating cross-functional readiness meetings, this individual will contribute to the development of a rapid, repeatable launch playbook. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop standard project plan to account for all clinical, operations, HR, and client outreach activities required for successful and on-time opening
- Work collaboratively with real estate team to identify and solution for impacts to the launch schedule to ensure timely openings
- Facilitate proactive and ongoing communication with internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are alignment and information on key details, such as timeline adjustments and resource constraints/needs
- Develop and run meeting rhythm to ensure timely updates and proactively communicate risks associated with clinic openings
- Develop and maintain checklist for new clinic requirements, ensuring transition to the local leadership team when appropriate
- Coordinate with real estate, IT, and other key vendors to schedule delivery and installation
- Coordinate delivery and set up of office supplies and other vended facility management services
- Continuously improve launch processes, driving increased accuracy, timeliness, and quality of new site launches for optimal staff and client experience
- Manage reporting to leadership team on readiness progress
- Other reasonable job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, PMP certification preferred
- 3-6 years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or other relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across all levels of the organization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions and recommendations
- Highly detail oriented, with proven experience managing multiple complex projects at one time
- Highly motivated, organized, self-starter, comfortable working in high growth environments
- Experience and knowledge of project management platforms and methodologies
